Muffin Tin Monday: Yellow
This week’s Muffin Tin theme is YELLOW… and, naturally, I could not use pineapple!
Our tins had yellow delicious apple chunks, yellow bell pepper strips, lemon wedges (the kids both think it is daring to suck on lemons), spaghetti squash with a pat of butter, scrambled eggs, and corn.
BabyGirl especially loved talking about what color each item was – before I put it in, and then after (the egg was white! now it’s yellow! is very exciting when you’re two).
