A day full of errands, appointments and a new soccer practice all with PisecoDad home from work has my brain all fuzzy. Was it really Monday?
We spent the morning cleaning out under the playroom couch in search of the MUS Beta dvd. (Keepin’ it real, right?) We found Legos, Playmobil, playing cards, drumsticks and dust bunnies galore. AND the dvd we needed, so it was worth the search. Then we cuddled on the bed and watched the dvd up through lesson 4, which we’re on this week.
Doctor’s appointments, lunch out, the copy shop and library ate up the middle of the day. Then JediBoy had his first practice with his fall soccer team, home for a late dinner, and here we are, with me thinking it’s Sunday night.
BabyGirl spontaneously started saying “happy,” a word she’s never even attempted before, with often perfect clarity today. Heart-melting.
JediBoy enjoyed his new soccer team and was one of only three kids able to make an accuracy kick (kick your ball to knock another ball off a low cone) so he was quite happy.
