Good Tired

Tonight we’re exhausted, but in a good way.

We spent the whole day with Leigh and her kids, cleaning out the toys in her basement.  The kids played inside, outside, upside down and had a blast together, while Leigh and I sorted our way through bins and bins of toys.

We left from there and went over to Annick’s for dinner and play – comfort food of macaroni and cheese, with chocolate pudding pie for dessert.  The four boys played well together and the two little girls were cute too.

It’s time for bed, and the kids are crashing around me.  We’re all so ready for bed, because it has been a long day, but one spent in the company of friends, so we’re going to bed smiling.
