Happy New Year & Happy Blogiversary

Happy New Year! and, Happy Blogiversary to me. I’ve been here for a year now, and still enjoy the time spent reflecting on our lives and sharing ideas with friends.

We were amazed that JediBoy stayed up until midnight last night, almost accidentally. We put BabyGirl to bed and then watched CSI: Miami with JediBoy snuggled between us, head safely hidden from view of the tv. In the past he’s been able to fall asleep that way, but last night he couldn’t. So when 11:00 rolled around and he was still awake… we put on the Dick Clark broadcast and pulled out a new game - San Juan - and played and danced until the ball fell.

Today we’ve been reading, snacking, dancing, eating out with Aunt Robin, working on the new Lego sets, and enjoying our time together (mostly!).

I hope the new year finds you all well.

Oh, and we discovered today that my daughter licks tables. Eeeuw.
