Good news again: our baby is still our baby, and the US DNA lab confirmed it. Even better, the results arrived at the Embassy on Friday. We hear that the Embassy generally issues Pink 3-5 days after the 2nd DNA results are in, but never on Fridays. So we’re hoping to hear by Thursday night - if not, we’re in for a loooooong weekend!
The Pink is the slip of paper that tells us when our Embassy appointment is - and so determines the date we’ll travel (two days ahead) and the day we’ll meet our daughter (one day ahead).
In less good news, PisecoDad spent half the day sleeping off a nasty cold. Ugh.
