There’s so much to say tonight and not enough time to say it all. JediBoy had soccer practice last night and a t-ball game tonight. We got a piece of good news about our adoption, and spent the afternoon with our new friends at the park.
I thought JediBoy had come up with the day’s best quote when he trumped N’s desire to have us live next door; as we were driving away from the park, he said, “I really wish I could live with N and that E” Awww.
But it got better.
After t-ball, PisecoDad asked JediBoy, “So what did you do with your friends today?”
To fully appreciate this, you must first imagine a four-year-old’s tone of enthusiastic, sing-song glee as he announced:
We played soccer… and we played with my frisbee… and we TRIED TO KILL BIG BLOODSUCKING INSECTS!
Ah, good times with good friends. Is anything better?
